We accept payments via our website, as well as cash payments through Venmo and Cash App.

    •    Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to ship after completion.

    •    Custom orders may take up to six weeks to complete and ship.

    •    Shipping times may vary depending on demand and product complexity.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

    •    Clients are responsible for paying postage on returned items.

    •    Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after we receive the returned product.

    •    Exchanges are welcome and will be processed free of charge if the product is defective or flawed.

 

5. Exchanges

If your product is defective or flawed, you may exchange it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.

Sasquatch 3-D operates from our home in Kapolei, Hawaii.
