Refund Policy

At Sasquatch 3-D, your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to create high-quality, custom products that you’ll love. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our refund policy below.
Returns and Refunds
• You may return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Please note that clients are responsible for return postage costs.
Defective or Flawed Items
• If your product arrives defective or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange at no cost to you, including return postage.
• Please provide photos or descriptions of the defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Custom Orders
• Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these are non-refundable once production has begun.
• If there is a mistake on our part or the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refund Processing
• Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are welcome for defective or flawed products free of charge.
• For all other exchanges, please contact us to discuss options.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us at sasquatch3dprints@gmail.com or via Instagram @sasquatch3D to initiate your return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
